Agreement to conditions of use
GOGOGOACTION.COM, subsidiary of 9174-4888 Quebec Inc. incorporated company, located at 1137 Place Henri-Gauthier, Montreal (Quebec), H2M 2S1 is owner and manager of the Website: GOGOGOACTION.com identified according to the present by "Website".
The present agreement of use (agreement) stipulates the conditions of access and use of the "Website". When you visit and use the "Website", you agree to be bound by the conditions of the present agreement. If you do not accept these conditions, your sole and only appeal is to stop using it.
All that is shown or moreover accessible through the "Website", including, notably, articles, texts, photographs, pictures, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, software and codes (collectively, the content) is protected by Canadian and foreign laws, notably as to copyright, and belong has GOGOGOACTION.COM

GOGOGOACTION.COM reserves the right to forbid or to refuse to accept a hyperlink to the "Website", including, notably, a hyperlink that contains or offers a content or information of the aforementioned nature, at any time. You agree to withdraw any hyperlink that you can have to the "Website" at the request of GOGOGOACTION.COM.
User licenses software and ownership

Except in the measure specifically allowed in the present agreement, you are forbidden: i) to use, to reproduce, to change, to adapt, to translate, to download or to transmit software entirely or partly; ii) to sell, to rent, to grant under license or to transfer software or to allow it moreover access; iii) to change, to withdraw or to cover some trademark or opinion of ownership included in software; and/or iv) to decompile, to disassemble, to decipher, to extract or to put apart software or to help whoever to do so.
No element in the "Website" should be interpreted as conferring to you a right, a title, an interest or another license in the software integrated into the "Website" or being able to be downloaded by the "Website", including, notably, some right of intellectual copyright in the software.
All software integrated into the "Website" is provided as such, without any guarantee of some nature, express or implicit, including, notably, a guarantee i) as to the salable quality or as to the adaptation for a particular use of the software; ii) as to the software compatibility with certain specifications relating to it; iii) as to the absence of important software defects; iv) as to the absence of computer virus or others contaminants in the software; or v) as to the software’s capacity of processing or manipulating data relating to dates or to time without interruption or abnormal stop.

You agree i) to provide true, precise information, updated and complete concerning yourself which you are invited to provide in a registration form; and ii) to support and to update without delay the information that you provide to keep it true, precise, updated and complete. Applicable right and competence
When you visit or use the "Website", you admit that all questions relating to your visit or use of the "Website" and/or its content are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada, without respect to the principles of conflict of laws. You accept and by presents acknowledge the non-exclusive competence of the federal Court of Canada and/or courts of the province of Quebec on these questions. You accept that the dispositions of the Convention of United Nations on the contracts of international sale of the goods do not applied.
The consent or renunciation on behalf of GOGOGOACTION.COM to an express or implicit breach from your part to the present agreement does not constitute consent nor a renunciation to some other different or subsequent breach. You cannot cede neither transfer the present agreement nor any right and/or obligation according to the terms of this one. If a condition or disposition of the present agreement is considered invalid by a competent court, it is dissociated from it and other dispositions remain entirely in force without being invalidated in any ways. The present agreement would not create a society of persons, joint venture nor a proxy relationship between parties. Except for agreements with GOGOGOACTION.COM, which refers specifically to the present agreement, the present agreement constitutes the entire agreement intervened between you and GOGOGOACTION.COM concerning the object of the hereby agreement.
